What is Out-sourcing ?
Outsourcing is an arrangement in which a company or individual provides services for another company or individual that could also be or usually have been provided in-house. Outsourcing is a trend that is becoming more common with today's technology which has effectively created a true global workforce. Outsourcing can range from large contracts in which a company like IBM manages IT services for a company like Xerox and/or hiring individual contractors to perform simple tasks such as data entry, proof reading, product reviews, product surveys, order processing, customer service, writing tasks and many other jobs that can be done online from home.
